Dr Zawilski was was great throughout my pregnancy and delivered our beautiful girl. We couldn’t have asked for a better gynaecologist, he is one of the best. His secretary, a very kind and nice lady, we really enjoyed our visits. Thank you so much for everything.

First of all, this doctor delivered a healthy baby and for that I am grateful, and hence I give him a generous two stars. Our birth was a natural birth (3rd child) without epidural and this doctor was the on call doctor on behalf of Dr. Czarnocki at the Westville Life hospital (Durban). Admitted at approx 3 pm baby delivered 3:45 pm. Husbands were not allowed in the labour ward during the COVID-19 pandemic and therefore I was not present, so my review it’s based on the experiences of my wife though her crying eyes. My wife is pretty tough, but during the labour she said she could not stop moaning due to the pain, the doctor kept saying STOP IT, STOP IT and she felt the need to apologize to him during the labour (makes me sick). Once her one leg moved inward and he forcefully pushed it outward saying STOP IT. I just wonder when a person is entrusted to you, in their moment of need, agony and anxiety, with no husband there to protect them how you could be such an insensitive bully. My wife said she could feel him stitching her up as well, SEE OTHER REVIEWS. My wife said he was cold and transactional and seemed annoyed that he had to come in on a Sunday afternoon. His parting words, to the nurse, "is there blood on my jersey?" as he walked off. The silver lining is that the nurse was very encouraging during this ordeal, and to her a say THANK YOU!

Best Doctor was very supportive throughout my pregnancy, knowledable as well and safely delivered my baby girl also provided post delivery support and info. Reception ladies at his Westvile rooms are friendly and welcoming.
