Sensei Mauro is absolutely fantastic with the children. All of his students respect and adore him. This is not just karate, it's a life skill that every child needs to do. It helps build confidence, listening skills, social interaction, discipline and the most important, learning to defend oneself. The adult classes (ladies and men) are a great way to build up your fitness levels, stress release, self defence and being part of a a positive group of people.
Fantastic place for young and old alike to learn a little discipline and self control .
