Went to the mount edgecombe branch to have my chronic bloods done, was injured and could not walk without an aid, their friendly and caring staff actually came to the car and took the samples, much appreciated

Firstly the entrance and exit in Bazley Road, are NOT very clear. The very bad dip at the exit gate is just terrible. Whilst i sit in my car waiting for assistance other cars are coming and going. Eventually a sister comes over with a clipboard and takes down all the info. She then goes back tot he table to get a COVID19 swab. Comes back to the car and does the swab...i am still a bit feantic as to where or how do they ow thats mine. Surely the blood forms should be in that plastic packet so that shrle can show uts yours, take out the swab do the test and then return it into the same packet in front of you as a confirmation that YOUR test is with the correct form.????? The coloured sister you have outside doing testing is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Very cheap but very poor quality service, looks like unqualified staff. Highly unprofessional. They choose doctors convenience over my child's life!!!! Management handled themselves unprofessionally, they run this place like they running a tuck shop
