Don't waste your time. There's no master here. Seems like they use the guys who park along Point Road, pay them a pittance and charge you thousands. They promised a closed van, but came with an open one. Fridge, piano and table were damaged. They claimed they moved pianos before..but sends 6 clowns... one of whom attempted to steal from the laptop bag. So why isn't the complaint to them...because the owner was agitated when called on the day and said speak to Odelle. You own the business, take responsibility, mate.

Master Movers was excellent. Very responsive to calls and emails. Costs where lower than other companies yet service was top notch. Will be using Master Movers again.
Had my removal done with them recently it was such a big regret, though i had used them initially and had a good service. Master Movers customers deserve good service they are paying for!
The lady named Odelle guaranteed us that she will have our quote sent through to us within minutes, bragging about how exceptional service Master Movers offers to their competitors. She never emailed the quote. Upon making several calls, she insisted she sent the quote days before and that she would resend it. I sent a follow up email to them and still nothing. Eventually when I called in stating I will take my business elsewhere then she emailed the quote (a week after my initial request) and it was dated the same date as the day she emailed it. They really do take us for fools.. never will give them the time of day!
Very bad service! No communication, they dont return calls, dont deliver or keep up to their word. Dont value clients, very unprofessional. Will not recommend them.
I have NEVER in my life received such BAD service! Do not use this company!! No communication. They were late collecting and delivering. They oversell and under deliver. They misplaced one of my boxes. And the movers opened my boxes and STOLE some of my belongings. I repeat DO NOT use, unless you want to cause yourself a lot of stress!!
