Amazing weekend with our family, the entertainment was also good. The rooms and public areas was very good. Housekeeping staff very friendly and attentive. However MSC Orchestra must improve the overall service to the clients, the bar tenders and waiters are quite rude and just ignore the clients. The food wasn't the best but either great. Lots to work on, especially on the crew people skills. Overall was a weeknd to remember

This boat cruise was amazing. The boat is so big so out of this world. Food is served 24hrs, activities are always there. Bars are always open. The MSC boat cruises are the best. I want to go back and take my mom. It's an amazing experience.
Amazing Boat Cruise... Enjoyed it to much... Everything is Top Class Professional Foods are 5 star and always available... Boat is always clean (rooms, hall ways, deks, everything) the scenery is out of this world. Services is next level, and staff are super friendly and helpful. Well organised crew, with plenty of entertainment for the young and old. Will be back for more, next year... and every year after that
Very crowded as expected, but the wait was worthwhile! Going through all the checkpoints is time consumed, but get there early enough it will be fine, and as you get closer to boarding the ship you get more and more excited! Was fun and wil definitely do it again!
Overall good experience if you are keen for a complete jol. Great service, but long lines for dining and bar service. Great entertainment:)
Staff were nothing short of fantastic. Food was great. Lovely ship. MSC you need to brush up on your organisational skills, communication and think again on what you class as evening entertainment. These three areas let you down big time.
Super amazing experience. We enjoyed ourselves as a couple. Sea sickness the first day was not so cool (even after drinking pills). The staff in the ship are amazing, very professional, the dinner nights are always something to look forward to because there’s always a different theme every night. The breakfasts are also very cool. There’s literally an unlimited supply of food for those who like to eat a lot :) The crew always made sure that we were entertained at all times, they made us laugh with their version of what the titanic movie was supposed to be. The only negative part is that if there’s heavy winds, you won’t be able to get of the ship to go to the islands. Internet is a bit pricey on the ship, but the fun you will experience will help you avoid being online and get you on deck both physically and mentally. The drill is also a cool highlight, especially if you want to take some cool action pics :) I would advise that you get drink packages beforehand if you want to get them cheaper. There’s much to do on the ship, I totally recommend it, even with the 3000 people onboard it’s super cool.
