Wow, started one on one personal training at Muve Fitness. This is the way to go. I am seeing the results quicker and getting to my target goal faster. Amazing how concentration on technique and posture has proven to be far greater than just additional loading of the weights. For the fist time in many years of successfully failing at gym, I actually enjoy it and look forward to the next work out. Time to push harder.
