Yes that is true we did have that conversation. Shouldnt venues that say they are conference centers have all this included. Im not trying to be nasty. Just sharing my experience .

On the 7th December we had the opportunity to host my son's 21st party at DNCC, this was like the best party I have ever seen take place. All Glory goes to God and the hosts off the venue. Awesome service and most humble people I have ever seen. Thank you DNCC. YOU GUYS A GREAT.

No back up service for load shedding especially for a wedding where a couple invest their life savings if you can hook up a generator you can use it as an advertising tool don't be too late someone else will capitalize

Dirty toilets and bad service when requested the toilets be cleaned. Wish to never attend another event at this place!! Please be very wary when booking your event at this place.

Satisfactory venue but they have issues with electricity. The DB board tripped twice at the wedding we attended, and when load shedding started, there was no generator.
