Very rude and arrogant communications skills from Rajen, one of the foreman. He fails to listen and when reported that our wall is falling after numerous attempts of complaints, he insists it is not their fault and is not covered their 5 year warranty. Terms and conditions of the warranty is not verbalized or put on paper for you to refer to.
