This is a good way to start up in call centers industry but I didn't stay there for long to be honest. Their holiday package seemed to good to be true I don't see myself going back there .

I paid R500 for the voucher last year and unfortunately my brother in law passed away when we were planning for the trip. Then they called and said my voucher has expired so they're renewing it and after they said that I thought it's genuine. This year I called and they said it's expiring in 13Oct 2018 . So because they want us to book a month before I called them on Monday(3Sep) they answered and said il get my email for my voucher before end of the day. I didn't get it and Tuesday I called again and they said the same thing and I didn't get. Wednesday I called again and still I didn't get it. Thursday (6Sep18) i tried calling and their phone is not going through at all. I think this is a scam

It took me 3 whole month to try and make a booking which eventually never happened. I emailed only to get replied after a day sometimes i had to email back to ask for feedback which at the worst took 2 weeks. They are incompetent and always called when to offer a new voucher when i hadn't even used the one i had. They were quick to call to give offers but never to offer help to finalize my booking. I am sad at the service and will not refer my friends and family to such service.

this people are such a scam shame they called me and offer the stupid voucher and said i should pay R500 upfront, i mean why would i pay for free voucher. people be careful out there we are scammed big time. lairs.........

I bought 2 vouchers, but cannot use them. The voucher says book at least 1 month in advance. I want to book like 3 months in advance which they say is unnacceptable. Asked for a manager or team leader to return my call. I'm still waiting for that call. It's now 2 months gone. Quick to debit my account without a service. Rip offs

Poor service from call center, the ladies are rude and not well informed. Initially was told they would take care of the accommodation, now i being told they want 50% of the accommodation cost. This 50% is more than if i made a private booking myself. Feels a little shady, so i read the reviews. Thanks to the reviews i saved myself from being scammed.
