I took some laundry to get washed and ironed here as it was not too far from the hotel. There is no signage that let's u know what prices are expected. The lady assisting looked at the packet and just assumed the weight. I was really put off that she did not take the time to weigh the clothes. I asked how much it would be for ironing and she replied R10 per item. A total RIP off. I suggest signage that explains the different options and also the fact that it is cash only. When I went back to pick up the laundry, this is when I was told that it was cash only. Totally unprofessional. The assistant also has a bad attitude. No customer relations skill set. Will definitely not use this laundromat ever again.
