This company takes forever to answer their phones. Even when you get through they are rude. They quick and very polite when making a sale. Try calling the company and it is pathetic how long they take to answer your call. What happens when you need to claim from a policy taken with them and they can't answer the phone and make you wait so long. It becomes very frustrating when that happens. I will never take another policy from that company again.

Took out a policy in 2012 then cancelled for a better policy in 2017, yet Talksure SA still every month removes money from my account. Only to later on find it was a policy for my kids.....sorry for giving you so much grief. Maybe to prevent this please put a reference next to the deduction and not only Talksure.

I so regret joining talksure (gap cover) after 5 years.My first claim earlier in the year was done so unprofessional and lacked customer service. My email correspondence to Nivashnee Singh explained my disappointment and intentions. Nivashnee then goes and cancel my policy without my consent on the 25 August and then to my surprise I get debited for the new month. Did a follow up with her on the 7 September as to why I was debited and the response was as per the policy you need to give 30 days notice. Wow Nivashnee please prove to me that I requested you to cancel my policy. It's it now over two months and then don't what to pay my premium back. I have now joined a new gap cover and the premium is half the rate I was paying with the same or if not more benefits, total rip off for all these years.
