Everything is amazing for first time visit. The seal show the dolphin show. The sharks remained still for the photo's. Just loads of information and friendly staff. For the most part all animals have a board or data sheet by their habitats but the staff are all knowledgeable and they get rotated so you won't always see the same face at the same spot

They have a great variety of sea creatures and options of things to do. The entrance was a bit expensive, R200 per person, eventhough we were only 2 adults. Unfortunately we spend a few hours just in the aquarium which did not leave us for enough time to see live shows, do snorkeling or cage diving with the sharks. A great adventure out for the family and the children will love the rides and swimming areas. They also offer photo albums at R200 per album.
We were in the area for work and decided to do a quick run through the aquarium. It is definitely a must do on anyone's list if you find yourself in Durban. The layout and flow was easy and convenient and the staff were so friendly and happy to answer any questions. The sea turtles were AMAZING! This is an outing that can easily be for the whole family as everyone from the youngest to the oldest will be amazed!

Extremely well kept, staff who know what they are talking about in the aquarium area. Very impressive. Loved seeing the anchovies in the shark tank. Pricey for us SA locals but if you haven't been you need to see it. So much more to do there than only the aquarium. Look at their website to see what's on offer.
Adorable dolphins, sea-lions who make you giggle and a world class aquarium- so what's not to like? Just a long wait for tickets due to covid protocol- but speaking of things worth the wait. This is one!
The first thing that comes to mind is temperature which was nice and cool. The exhibit was beautiful, each tank had info on the fish in said tank wich was nice as I don't know a lot of them. I liked the tank with the Finding Nemo theme it was cute. We were lucky and were on time to see the stingrays being fed by the divers which meant they where very active and close.
Very well-kept and neat. Lots of variety of fish. The staff are friendly and helpful. Super clean tanks. We enjoyed it there.
