These guys are so unprofessional... They were calling me each and everyday even after I have made it clear to them when I was going to settle my account. I suspect they were doing this to get more money since they are charging for every call they make. When I finally made the payment (which was after just one month) they are not responding to my calls and not giving me proof of payment to produce at the institution I owed even after assuring me they will send it via email. Unprofessional and frustrating!!

Why am I getting sms messages from this company stating "your Prime Cure account has been handed over"? I have never had such an account, in fact I do not even know where Prime Cure is. I then tried to phone, but calls are not answered. I found a WhatsApp number, but it turns out the WhatsApps are managed by a robot. This robot asks me to state the last four digits of my ID and when I present it, the robot tells me it is incorrect. It will be incorrect if you randomly send sms messages to cell numbers of innocent people. Secondly, when you send messages, why do you not address people by a name? I note Hello Peter is full of negative comnent about Vericred. No wonder. Unprofessional and not verifying details.

Firstly if there was an option for zero star I would have given it to you. Vericred you are pathetic from customer service to your employees attitudes. I was sent to you for a misunderstanding from medical Aid when Pathcare tried to collect funds. After my own phones calls time and effort i had to correct the matter. Your staff dont understand English when they are told and emailed the proof the account sorted i still get Letters/emails demanding payment forthe account paid up AND ASKED NOT TO CONTACT. Obviously Your systems dont work or you just dont know how to use it.YOU DONT DESERVE TO BE A COMPANY FUNCTIONING AS YOUR JOB IS TO COLLECT DEBT AND ONCE CLOSED TO STOP HARRASSING CUSTOMERS. Very upset and disappointed as you affect peoples lives by your incompetence.

Vericred are thieves. We need to expose this company. I will never use any service that uses vericred as a collection company. That goes for Ampath laboratories. How can vericred charge R23 for an email. Some CEO trying to make a fortune from people struggling to pay their accounts. They should be closed down for abuse.
