This shop is not very helpful, I brought in a phone for repairs and they said 7-14 days it will be ready but it's been about a month now , they don't even call me back . I have to call them back and ask and they always make excuses about the phone . I am extremely angry and they will face serious consequences.
Tried to call 3 times was put on hold for 10 min with voice massage; assuring I was importsnt and get best service!!! then disconnected.
This shop is not good at all staff not very help full and also promises customers to phone them back and it not done at all
Faadil and his team are excellent at what they do.
