It's great too see that many vehicles at one go. Fantastic warehouse setup. Couldn't find many automatics though.

Nice spacious place. Smaller than the one in Centurion. Decent selection is cars. Getting assistance can be an issue or a wait. They are either under staffed, or just too slow. Waited more than once for up to 20 mins at a time to be assisted. I guess you should be going there knowing what you want in the first place, it's not a new car dealership, understandable. But if you are paying, you should be getting good, prompt and efficient service as well, which is what you are also paying for (in the admin fees). Overall a good place.

Absolutely shocking service. I asked a salesperson to show me where I can find a certain car, they they point and tell me the car I am looking for is somewhere over there, on a floor of over 200 cars. There was no order with relation to any brand on the car, so I had to walk up and down all the isles. I then asked a sales manager for help and he said that his salesperson cannot help locate the car because so many cars come in and out of the shop that even they don’t know where the car is. I asked why they don’t have some sort of system in place and he then got rude and told me that he doesn’t go into my place of work and tell me how to do things and that he’s not the owner anyways so he can’t do anything about it. Terrible experience with rude staff. Never mind the fact that there was loud music playing over the speakers that I couldn’t hear what the person next to me was saying - it was like being in a night club.

Aftersale service is not as good as they advertise. Taken the fun out of the purchase of a new car. Just be aware that the advert over simplifies the process alot.
