They sell fake machines that overheat within 3 months and refuse to refund us. I will never refer even my worst enermy to them. I took back the machine and demanded a refund they refused.

I purchased a heat press machine from them and within 3 months, it started overheating. As it is under warranty, I sent it through to them for repairs. They insist that the machine is meant to overheat and is working fine. The lies are blatant. I have asked for a full refund as is in within my rights according to the CPA but they refuse this as well. Would not recommend dealing with them. I unfortunately did and have much regret. A very shady, unscrupulous company.
