I bought MS382 chainsaw which cutsout when it gets hot. I took in it warranty repairs they indicated it was fixed, took it to the job site, same problem. Took in again same problem occurred. Today when brought it in for either another or my money, the manager was on lunch at 12h00. One of the salesman made a stupid comment when I said the machine is not mine or was not what I expected to get when I bought it. In short o had a very bad service at this place and regret doing business with.

Friendly helpful service and tool sales
Have been there 5-6 time over the past year asking for soldering iron tips every time I say I have been here befor they act shocked and treat me like me new customer and never get back to me
