Terrible service. They didn’t give me a time for the technician’s visit - only a specific day. I then called them requesting for us to settle on a specific time. The agreed-upon 15:30 has long passed and I’m still here waiting for him (17:30). No call or SMS to say when he’s coming or whether we are to reschedule. I have cleared up my afternoon for this and they just couldn’t care less \u200d️

Dreadful service. 6 weeks to fix a machine after it was collected! And this does not include the week's notice given to say that I wanted it fixed. Never again. Really stained the Bosch brand for me and even dealing with their head office made zero difference to the time taken although I did get a loan machine when prompted by them. A Samsung! Tell's you everything you need to know.

Appalling service! Our dishwasher packed up nearly two months ago. We called it in immediately, but THREE WEEKS passed before it was collected. Now ANOTHER FIVE WEEKS have passed, despite numerous follow-up calls from me. Each time I called, I was promised that I would be called back with the ETA of the spare part. But I never was called back. Two days ago I finally I lost patience and gave them a piece of my mind. Now I am told (by SMS, not a call) that they have just opened a job card and ordered a spare part! I will be advised of the ETA of the part, they say. So its back to square one after nearly TWO MONTHS! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional service. I think Hirsch's must find another service agent, as in our experience this is typical of LG Appliance Services.

I will never buy another LG product again!!! One month out of warranty and the fridge dies!! ONLY 3 yrs old!!!! Incredibly unreliable!! So sorry we chose them. :o( Spent over 2300 on it and now another 400 for AN ADDITIONAL WARRANTY

Worst service center ever. We make an appointment and they say person will come in the morning. When we phone in the morning they say they never made the appointment and will now not be able to come out. Will be reporting them to Samsung as there worst choice for a service center.
