Good day to the management of Toyota Potchefstroom. This is a place where I was rejected twice and till this hour i don't know why and choose to keep my reasoning for my self. I am someone who pre-shop before I do the actual buying of a vehicle. 2015 I approached the dealership because I was ready to finalize my deal to buy the Toyota Etios. I was served by a salesman who was very irritated with my presence and when another customer walked in he walked away from me without excuse to attend to him. I left went to Nissan explain to them that I want a Toyota Etios and received it within 3 days. Now last week (2020) went to the Toyota dealership a little confuse between the Rush and the RAV and wanted more info. I returned to my office and a day later called a salesman named Piet (I think so). He was suppose to comeback to me on the difference of the two cars but haven't returned my call till this hour. This afternoon I'm picking up a Renault as they pushed the deal. So for myself this is disappointment number 2 from this dealership. Just felt to share this. Sad though...

Car went in for a service and 2days later the Dieselfilter's light goes on. Instead of being honest and immediately admitting that dieselfilter was not plugged in properly, an Indian employee tries to blame it first on us, by saying that our diesel might have water in it. Not cool sir; admit when you make a mistake!
