We had severe hail damage on our old carports and shadeports and needed to completely replace them with new ones. Coolshade were super efficient and helpful in getting to us, quoting and installation. Good overall experience!

DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH COOL SHADE. We have paid the deposit for our shades and were promised that after 2 weeks our shades will be installed. We had paid the deposit on the 14th February 2018 As agreed the nets was to be installed by the 28th of February 2018 I had called on the 01/03/2018 to inquire why the shades were not installed and was told that there was a delay from their supplier. I was then told that they needed a few more days and that My shades will be installed on 7th of March. On the 7th of March I had called again and was told that the guys will be coming today 09/03/2018 to do the install. I had called in this morning to ask if every this was still on schedule for today and was told that yes the guys will be coming out today to do the installation. I waited all morning for the guys but no one arrived. I had called at 11:30 again to find out where are the guys to do the installation and then only was I informed that there is a problem. I feel they are not professional at all. The least they could have done was let me know in advance that there will be delays. Not once did anyone from cool shade call and advise there is a problem. I was always calling and having to deal with their excuses. trying to get my deposit back but no luck.... taking this issue to the consumer complaints department....

Horrendous ! November 2016 asked for a quote , accepted the quote and PAID IN FULL. Feb 2017 and nothing has been done ! I have called 11, yes eleven times and simply hit solid walls . Bad Bad Bad company to deal with !! Never again.
