Worse service ever. Charles the owner has an attitude doesn't go the extra mile to service clients. Always has excuses about how much time he needs to spend on a vehicle. I sent in my mercedes a class in the middle of last year to replace the ecu. Car stood by him for months. Eventually I get the car back end November we decide to use the car to limpopo only for the vehicle to stall and refuses to start. I called Charles and told him this is wat happened I then towed the vehicle to him in jan 2019 from date I'm still waiting. Everytime excuses and he still says I must be patient cannot give me an estimated tym of when will I get my vehicle back. This is totally unacceptable. How do people run a business like that and don't give a damn. R11000.00 is alot of money to spend and your vehicle is still not repaired. I wouldn't recommend anyone to him.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever received. From the start the man was extremely rude. The key was repaired with out my approval. We had discussed that they would quote me and I would have the opportunity to decide whether I would like the repair or not. Instead I get a bill dbl then the competitor, and I'm told that people cant work for free, his son in Pretoria is the best in the industry so I should just be grateful he did it, when I expressed that I was ment to have a quote and that I had called him just a few hours after the key had been dropped to say dont go ahead with the job and I would pay the currier fee he shouted at me aswell. The key lost coding by the time I got the key back from him. The car has been tested and the issue is with the key not the car.

Misinformed. Charles had our Jaguar X-Type 2.2D for almost 3 weeks, he claimed he had spent hours on "programming" on the car. At the end of the day we got two lines worth of a diagnosis from him, advising that there is a problem with the EGR on the vehicle, however this is nowhere to be listed on the print-out of the diagnosis. If you are looking for a company to assist with any ECU errors, don't waste your time with these guys, they sell Diagnostics hardware, and that's where their service should end. Very sad... One star as the option to select zero wasn't available.

They had our car (renault Sandero) for the best part of three months, nothing was done. when i had the car towed away from them, i realised that the passenger window had been replaced which Charles denied outright. He claimed he spent alot of time on the car !!!!! the central locking is not working, the key is bent, we bought nearly R10000 spares under his direction that was not needed. We took the car away to another mechanic and the problem was resolved in 2 days.
