Happy with the service done on the vehicle, however hospitality is lacking big time, you cant have coffee or tea at this dealership and there aren't coffee shops around either, am Sure a small Investment on a coffee machine won't hurt.

Avoid them at all cost! Absolutely appaling work ethic and service. Believe every low rating you see and avoid them like your very life depended on it. Took my Opel there for diagnosis because it would just crank and not start. They then told me they knew what was wrong and needed me to pay to get the part, 2 weeks later my car was still there not starting. Ended up collecting it and took it to some guy who works from his garage at his house, he diagnosed the car with some cheap machine and within an hour we knew what was wrong, fixed crankshaft and the car is 100% fine now. Had I gone to him first would have saved a fortune. The one star I gave is for the Air-conditioning in the building its great!

On 4 March 2020, I took my vehicle to Williams Hunt Edenvale for new front brakes. The mechanic left the brake fluid reservoir cap off. Brake fluid leaked all over my engine bay. Brake fluid is a flammable liquid and this therefore presents a fire hazard. Also, I asked for the coolant fluid to be topped up. This was not done. Sad times when you ask a supposedly reputable service centre to do two jobs, and they forget to do one of the two jobs... I was informed that my vehicle’s rear brake dampers needed to be replaced. I was told by Ryan (who lacked the technical knowledge to explain what the function of a brake damper is) that the parts were ordered and would be made available within 2-4 working days, and this would be covered under warranty. Long story short - only when I contacted Bianca on 23 March to find out where my parts were did she tell me that the parts were waiting for me. She could not explain why nobody phoned me. I asked her to please phone me after she had arranged for the dampers to be sent to the Boksburg branch so that the parts could be replaced there, as I no longer trust the Edenvale branch. 2 days later and I still have not been contacted... dangerous, disgusting service, Opel.
