I am a Virtual Assistant based in Gauteng on the East Rand. I am a mature, easy and outgoing person. I have always worked in the Administrative field, starting out as a Receptionist in my very first job and working my way up to a PA in my last work place. I have 25+ years working experience. I decided to take that leap of faith and start up my own VA business as I feel I have a lot more to offer as an individual contractor. I have a broad spectrum of administrative skills, or what I call myself – “A Jill of all Trades”. I have over the years gained experience in the property market, from dealing with clients to contractors to municipal organisations as well as tenants and rentals. As a Girl Friday in a Consulting Engineering firm I also gained experience in Tender Documentation, Traffic Impact Analysis and working with various government departments. One of the projects we were involved with was the Coega Harbour Development. As a person of integrity, honesty and very down to earth my mission is to assist individual and small businesses with their everyday administration tasks and in so doing affording you the time to build up your business. My vision is to work hand-in-hand with you the client by building a strong working relationship, getting to know your business and creating a behind the scenes structure suitable to your needs. My motto is to be Virtually All You Need There are overhead costs to consider when hiring a PA, for example finding and hiring the right person and having to pay a full time salary, setting them up in an office, maternity and or sick leave – the list is endless.
