Avbob has left a bitter taste in me as I am struggling to get the correct information. Firstly when I joined them it was so simple for them to debit money now cause its their time to pay me back its a hustle and hard for them to do so. When I joined them 2014 August the first premium was in September. The agreement was after 5 years they will pay back my whole years premiums and that is 60 months so now the 60 months end in September and my first premium was in September according to me month is end of August but according to the lady I spoke to its in October so I want to know how many months is 5 years and why do i have to call to remind you of the cash back you promised.
