I bought a 2012 Sprite swing from them although i am staying in Sasolburg and saw the caravan on there web site and called the sales person, and ask him about the caravan and he told me all there caravans is in top condition. So i trust him and bought the caravan. I ask him when can take possession of the van and he told me it will take 2 days because i wanted to drive all the way from Sasol to them and he told me he will deliver the van for me. But it took 3 days before deliver in Sasolburg that i exepted it because he said he want to make sure everything is done on the van so there is no problem with the caravan. So on the 3 day that evening he deliverd the caravan between 19h00 and 19h30. I told him i can not sign that i am happy with the caravan because it is dark, he promise me the caravan has been checked and everything is in tip top condition. The next morning when i looked at the caravan the thing was so dirty and full of grease marks, the one tire thread was of the casing en pieces of wood was lying on the floor, there was so many things wrong i told him to come and take your caravan back, luckily i take photos of everthing and have witnesses. They took it back and repaired it. The next weekend i go camping with the van, there was only two ropes for the tent where there should have been sixteen, and the sales man promised be the tent was checked and erected. This is just the short storie, but they will never see me again and i will tell caravan people about there bad service after paying R160000 for the caravan

Visiting in the area, I experienced a problem with my rally tent poles. The spigot had broken on the centre pole. I called asking for assistance, but I caught them exactly on closing time. No problem. They held the store open while I drove into town. That for a 60 buck sale. Very grateful.
