The store is dirty, trolleys are very dirty. No ventilation at the store. Some items don't have expiry dates. This store doesn't even comply with Covid19 regulations and that's a huge concern. Poor housekeeping, fork lift operators aren't concern about the safety of the customers. They speed inside the store lifting heavy goods that might fall off and injure customers. Workers in general aren't friendly to customers. One thing they good at is that we find most items that other stores don't have.

Bad service from the stocker checkers at the exit. No cash refunds given to customers, even when it's the cashier's fault. Alot of expired products. The colddrink area is always stinking and the workers don't even know how to help a customer. And the other day I bought a bag of mealie meal and at home I found a dead mouse in the bag.
