We had to wait for hours for our pizza and they also forgot an order we made and we had to wait even longer for our order to be fixed

Romans is the best. The staff at highland mews are not always so friendly though. Pizza cold on one occation with a collection even before our pre-arranged time but there is always this risk with collections at ANY restaurant. All the rest of the many times the food was great and the shop is neat and tidy.
