I just visited this branch to have certified copies made, and one of the staff ladies was really rude, she didn't listen the first time what I asked for, and she did it like it was such a huge hassle! I really did not feel welcome doing business at 3@1 Leapfrog!

This store has always been helpful and professional for as long as I can remember going there. The staff always print exactly what I need, perfectly. They show you the product before they print it. They ask if there's anything else they can help you with. I've found they're quite decently priced too if compared to other stores like Postnet or Minute Man. Even if I'm wrong and they are more expensive I'll still keep this as my Go-To because they CARE. You can see it with the general ambience of the store and you can feel it in the smiles of the staff. Thank you 3@1 Leaping Frog! Please stay awesome!

The quality of service at this place has been on a steady decline for years. Poor attitudes from staff on my last 5 or 6 visits mean I will now only make use of Jetline and PostNet. I arrived at 8:30 this morning (30 minutes before they open, it turns out). I saw a few people inside so I pulled on the door assuming it was open. A man inside looked up at me for a second or two and then looked back down without offering any kind of help. I spent a minute or two looking around the windows on the outside of the store for opening hours. There are none posted. So again, I tried the door, this time, loudly asking, "Are you open?". Again, the man looked up at me for a few seconds and then back down without offering any kind of assistance. Eventually, a security guard patrolling the parking lot outside the store had to advise me that they open at 9am on Mondays. This is not the first time I've had attitude or service issues with the staff here, either. On my last visit, I waited 25 minutes to print a single A4, after which I was told that my card could not be accepted for payment and that only cash payments would be accepted for printing. As a result, I walked around the corner to an ATM to draw money. On my return to the store to pay, I was told that the store doesn't carry change, and that I would need to pay in the exact amount. Absolutely atrocious service.

Horrible attitude from staff leaving store when we arrived before closing, unable to help with a quick photo print for my 80 year old gran. More concerned about leaving work than helping. Will only use post net from now on.

Since their opening, Tanya and Peter do an exceptional work and their staff is properly trained. I use their services at least once a week, mainly to print plans, and never had the slightest mistake. Congratulations, very professional
