Amazing experience at Camelot spa in Franschhoek last week! My other half came for his first deep tissue massage. He arrived with back pain and left relax, happy and no pain. Loved my girl aswell super helpful, well informed and friendly staff. Clean and neat. Will be back for that shimmer milk bath and another full body massage. Maybe hot stone this time

What a disappointment, although the massage was good, the R1500 I spent on a luxurious manicure and pedicure for me and a pedicure for my husband, was an absolute waste of money, I would not recommend this to anyone. The lack of attention to detail was atrocious, did not expect to leave such an esteemed establishment with my hands and feet looking like my 5 year old daughter did them......very disappointing!

What a nice way to spend a rainy day in Franschhoek. Talent, my therapist was very professional and attentive. Not only giving me a great massage, she listened to my needs and applied the correct pressure and focused on the right spot. I am a happy customer. Thanks!

I can see how the spa was once a great place to be but unfortunately the interiors and dècor is stuck in the 80's. Upon entering the spa, the receptionist came out of the Relaxation Room where they serve a light snack, water, tea and coffee, with a mouth full of what looked like whatever she could fit in as quickly as possible with dipping sauce running down her chin. This was an embarrassing moment to endure for the both of us. After our incredible massages (the saving grace for this review), we asked whether we could make use of the sauna and steam room which they have signs for when you proceed up the staircase, but they said they only have a sauna. We came down to finish our session finding the receptionist playing Solitair on the computer. For the price you pay, you would definitely expect a more professional service. Rather disappointed.

We were a big party and wanted to be treated all at the same time. The ladies at the spa went out of their way to assist us. The treatments were great. We had a lovely day.
