I pitched up in South Africa on a 5 week trip with a hole in my leg from where a large piece of wire had just been removed. In the first week the wound had gone seriously septic. Dr Heywood took immediate control of the situation and his treatment led to an immediate turnaround. Not only was his treatment excellent, but his explanation of what was happening was both informative and encouraging. Franschhoek is lucky to have him.
