Had to go back to return a bought item, manager was very helpful , but i was not satisfied with how the cashier made me wait until she was doing without my apology.

Service was poor. When you ask for help they tell you to find someone else, and yet we don't know where to find them it was hard enough finding that one person. The line was long and yet there were only two tellers the others were just watching behind the customer care help desk.

Situated in one of most peaking areas in the City, this Game store is carefully located. I think investors see incredible returns here. This store meets standard Game stores criteria and/or set up.

The location is the worst. It's extremely crowded and dirty with drunks urinating on the outside of the mall. Worst experience ever. And the store is not fully stocked. Never again will I go there.

1 cashier, 1 person at the cell phone department and the rest stand and talk about what happened yesterday. Will definitely think twice before going there again.
