That Spar inside the mall was excellent, clean and friendly. Products was freshest I've seen in a long time. Will definitely go shopping there.

I went in looking for a trampoline for my son. I asked one of the workers if they had any and she directed me to the sports department saying they received new stock. Upon arrival at the sports department a customer was arguing with three workers over the price of an item. One told me they didn't have what I was looking for and a fourth one showed me the three different options available. Giving me the impression everyone working there isn't as clued up as they should be. Management should be looking into this.

Service is shockingly poor, shelves are empty, staff are rude and have no knowledge of the products. Having worked for Massmart, this store is an absolute disgrace.
