Really poor service. My car was booked in on friday just after 10. Today is now wednesday 13:50 and they haven't even touched it??? Wesbank wanted pictures of the clutch and I was told that it was sent yesterday. Called Wesbank, who stated that the dealership has not sent pictures as yet. Go to the dealership and see the car standing exactly where it was on friday not touched. Now being told that pictures will be sent at the end of the day parts must still be ordered??? Meaning the car will only be ready next week now???

I've been a loyal customer with this dealership for 3 whole years while my vehicle was still on motor plan, during that time my service was 1,2k. soon as i wanted to book my vehicle for a 60K service they charged me 5,5k for the service cos the vehicle is now out of motor plan.. what a total rip off !!!!!! i called another close by VW dealership and they charged me 2.8k for the exact same service... i am very disappointed, please be careful with this dealership
