Overpriced, staff are unfriendly and not knowledgeable. Other party stores have a bigger variety and are way cheaper. Get with the program!!

Andrew the employee got our order wrong and blatantly lied infront of his manager that we never asked for him to put the confetti coloured papers in the clear balloons. The manager believed Andrew more than us even after reviewing the receipt and noting that we paid for the confetti coloured paper and left all items at the store to be delivered at Buitengeluk on the day of the event. The manager had the guts to ask me to pay for the helium again. And only realised that she was being racist when my friend asked her if she would have done the same to a white person. She even asked one of the employees to call security because we told her she was being unfair and could check the cameras on the day of our purchase to see what actually went on. Apparently she said they do not have cameras which obviously remains unfair to customers who get employees like Andrew lying about orders. I had never experienced racism in my life and still cannot believe that this white manager actually did this in todays' South Africa. Thought this country had moved forward, clearly some white folk tarnish the image of the good white folk out there. In her on words she said "Customer is King but not always right" Wow!!
