What a terrible shopping experience, owner and his son were not will to listen to a non-bicycle person trying to find a new bicycle gift for their father, kept pushing to buy a R90k electric bicycle for my father, both my wife and myself would never go back. Due to this went to Ride Life and got fantastic service, with people who wanted to listen to my needs and subsequently got the sale.

What an awesome morning! Did the Retül pro bike fit. In charge we find Janke Truter, Sports Massage Therapist, Bike Specialist (who's knowledge surpasses my own by many a mile), Cyclist (I mean, the Minister of Education should be a former teacher) and chatterbox extraordinaire. Which is brilliant, by the way! She demonstrates vast knowledge of both bike and body mechanics, crucial skills needed to perfect a bike fit. I felt comfortable throughout the session as we chatted about bikes and life. Janke explaines the process clearly and concisely - she'll do well as a teacher! I am one so I know. My bike feels amazing with me on it, much better than it did. So: Janke, thank you! You're the "man"! I believe I finally found the perfect LBS. If you still doubt her ability, think Mona Lisa Vito in My Cousin Vinny. I can think of no greater compliment.

Thanks to Coimbra Cycle House and Janke for the excellent bike fitting on their state of the art Retul bike fitting equipment. After cleat adjustments and insoles to rectify my leg action and pedal stokes together with all the other adjustments it has made a huge difference to my cycling. On my first ride after the fitting I achieved 11 personal records over 23 segments on Strava. I received a 14 page report which contains all the details as to my setup, this can be used on future bikes that I purchase and is really great value and well worth the spend. Thanks again, Simon

I went for 6 days to Hartenbos in early Jan this year and did a bike setup in Eastern Cape on my road bike and had only done a few 20km sprint triathlon rides in Nov and Des 2019. Did not feel anything wrong and was happy with setup BUT when I started doing 35-50km rides my neck just felt like something has shifted and my knees started to get sore and pin and needles in my hands. I went for a setup on my road bike at Coimbra Cycle House on short notice and Janke made time to help me after I told her what is wrong and she did her setup and I am blown away on the power I get out on the road now with my bike and with no more neck pain or knee and no more pins and needles and not just after 1 or 2 ride but after 7 long... rides no pain at all!!!!!Thanks a lot Janke GREAT JOB
