Although I stood for an hour to renew my road tax license, the lady on door duty was friendly and efficient. There wasn't any special queues or seating for pensioners, which was a pity. Once inside the offices, I only waited another half an hour

Great service for a disabled pensioner. I was taken to front of queue given a chair to sit then whisked in and out with new licence all in under 15 mins. Tks to other customers too who waved me thro cos i cant stand . John

Appallingly inefficient and a ridiculously redundant service, the only reason I gave 2 stars is that the staff are reasonably pleasant. Yet another typical governmental failure that should have been replaced years ago by an online service
