This is probably the worst courier service in South Africa. I own a health bakery where I order from several suppliers, that use different shipping companies. The goods I get from suppliers that use Courier Guy for shipping unfortunately ALWAYS (EVERY SINGLE TIME) arrive the latest in comparison to other courier services. I have also made use of Courier Guy to ship bakery orders, and I experienced difficulty on almost every order regarding delivery delays, poor communication and on one occasion, my order stood in front of an Estate for 2 days, due to Courier Guy not communicating to customers. TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AND TO KEEP YOUR SANITY, DON'T MAKE USE OF THIS COURIER COMPANY!!

Some of the items we received yesterday morning from Courier Guy. We order locks from National Glass, George. I think Courier Guy get confused with all the parcels. But to whom did this parcel belong which we received and where is the parcel they collect for us @ National Glass? No feedback yet :(
Literally stood there for 55 minutes barely being assisted. The guy who was supposed to help me was chatting on his phone instead of helping me. When the other staff asked him where my package was, he didn't even know where he had put it. Very bad professional people communication skills. I was asked if I am going to pay cash or per card and I made it very clear I was gonna pay per card as I did not have any cash on me. When I got to the till to pay, I was told their card machines were already tilled and that I had to pay cash or via EFT. Overall very poor service and very unhelpful staff. Would definitely not recommend anyone. Just hoping my package arrives on time as I paid overnight charges.
I use this courier for all my business needs and they have never let me down. highly recommend . Keep up the great service!
