My experience with BMV has been nothing short of disappointing. They request documents to be completed and then even capture those details incorrectly! They are not responsive and we had to follow up with them constantly. A simple request to copy in both parties to a deal was not followed by any party in their firm. They need to really change their tag line from ‘The proactive approach’ to ‘the reactive approach’ as they are nothing close to being proactive. If you are expecting a professional service, first time right, don’t bother dealing with them. If a zero rating was possible, I would rate them a zero.
