Eastgate It's nice big mall it has all shops for ordinary needs and luxurious wants. It's neat and clean at all times. It's spacious you don't have to worry about social distance. It follows all restrictions and regulations for covid-19. I got lost the first time I went but the guards were friendly. It's one of the best malls you could go to.

Came to the shop to get a laptop soon after they opened the store, walked around and didnt even get an assistant from a salesperson or anyone responsible for sales in that dept. Only 3 brands of laptop were available to view. Not satisfied with service I left the shop and drove to Markro in Woodmead, where I was met by a smiling Michael Mabunda who explained all the specs of the laptops I was inquiring about. I was sold with the service and purchased myself a Lenovo laptop

Never anyone to assist you at this useless store. Avoided it for over a year now hoping that there would be some improvement. Would rather pay more elsewhere and get some sort of service. Even bad service is better than no service.
