Trying to buy a simple set of drill carbon brushes but no retailer stocks it. For those who do stock their products they say that they don't bother ordering spares as they can never get through to this company. I tried contacting them myself and I found out first hand that they do not answer the phone. Will never buy these products as the lack of after sales support is ridiculous.

If you do manage to get through to the service department then you are lucky. Telephone training is obviously not practiced in this organisation; this is a fundamental part of a company as you do not get to meet the management, so the staff who deal with you on the phone carry the ethos of the entire company. I hope that these comments are monitored by management. If not, they too are to blame for the decline of the service level in South Africa.

Shocking service...unfriendly reception....after 3 attempts still not helped...no telephone extensions answered......not sure if Management even know this...if they do, they certainly not achieving anything, this is a product purchase enquiry, would hate to know what happens if something breaks.

Absolutely shocking. No SERVICE at all. If you wish to pick up your order (not even letting them deliver it) you get scorched for picking up stock. Parts for Black and decker, don't get me started on that. I will recommend to not do business with them. Internal meetings are much more important than B2B sales or any sales for that matter. SHOCKING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
