Because I have always worked front line with customers and have worked in both call centers and face to face with passengers, it was always drummed into me that you are the first point of contact with the company that you are calling for the first time, first impressions are just that .... if you are rude and surly then people are negative about your company and are always quick to complain. But today made my day and showed me that there are still people who will do what they say and will go the extra mile for you and that came in the form of a brilliant happy and proactive friendly lady by the name of Kayla Lukan in your accounts department. She really is an asset to Ubuntu Plastics. So thank you so much Kayla for still giving me hope that manners and a smile on your face when you are speaking (this is true as even over the phone you can tell if someone is smiling and happy and takes pride in their work.)
