I booked a holiday through this company which was unfortunately we had to postpone due to Covid, they helped us promptly to rebook the entire trip for next year, there was no additional cost and nothing was too much trouble, I highly recommend them.

I have been waiting over a month for information about a refund of nearly 2,000 USD after my flights were cancelled and the Umkumbe Safari Lodge completely closed due to virus. My cancellation was made weeks before check-in, which under normal circumstances would anyway mean a 50% refund, according to East Cape Tours' cancellation terms. My stay was ultimately cancelled due to the lodge being closed. So why no refund or even information a month later?! POOR COMMUNICATION DISHONEST POLICIES STEALING DEPOSIT

ZIMBABWAE WHAT A WONDERFUL COUNTRY After returning from our two week holiday to Zimbabwe I just wanted to again thank East Cape Tours namely Colin, Kia,and Tehillah for an amazing job in helping us create such a wonderful adventure. From my first contact with Colin I was instantly impressed with his professionalism and the effort to guide me through our booking process. Colin emailed me through a few itineraries to look at which made it easy to map out our final destinations. We had 3 nights at the Rhino Safari Camp, 3 nights on the Umbozha house boat sailing on the Lake, 3 nights at Sable Sands then onto Victoria Falls for our last 3 nights. This trip has everything you would every want from a holiday. All our accommodation was excellent and the food was so impressive and plenty of it. Our game drives were made so much better as our guides were both intelligent and informative their calming nature make you feel extreme safe which is kind of important when those very large elephants stroll on by. The highlights of the tour were of course the animals, but the people of Zimbabwe were warm and friendly and we learnt so much from them. If you are looking for a company to create your next adventure I can’t rate East Cape highly enough. IF YOU HAVEN’T CONSIDERED ZIMBABWE – GIVE IT A GO YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED
I would like to recommend this South African travel agency called East Cape Tours which I learned about via the power of Google last year. It is run by Colin Dilland, an Englishman living in Port Elizabeth who arranged a fantastic honeymoon for us. We were in South Africa for the first 3 weeks in November and travelled the whole South Coast. Colin gave us much better value for our money than any agent at home could. Everything was excellently arranged for us from the moment we landed in Cape Town, having a taxi waiting for us to the time we left. Our accommodation was all top class consisting of mostly 5 star guest houses, which were lovely as they all had a very personal, homely feel
