Fedex lost my collected package send the case to 12 different people to investigate but never respond with any answer. Spend R7000 for the collection. Need to sue them now! Will never use Fedex again!

An Express shipment from overseas has been cleared by SA customs and is languishing at the Fedex depot for more a week. NO communication from Fedex whatsoever and when one tries to phone them the line is constantly engaged. Shame on you Fedex

Non existent customer service, because you can't even contact them, they don't answer emails, the port elizabeth phone number is dead and the main branch you just sit on hold for a few hours till you inevitably run out of airtime or give up. Use DHL or aramex instead
Shocking how such a big organization cause have such terrible service. Appaling how bad they are and no help whatsoever. This is a very competitive industry and I will never use FedEx again due to this and would never recommend to anyone ever.
