Unfortunately this product is most definitely not strong enough OR safe for serious Bruxism sufferers. The mouth guard only lasted 3 nights before it started tearing. See photo's enclosed. The 45 day, no questions asked money back guarantee is the only great thing about this product, so hopefully it works for someone else who is a light grinder/clencher. Although the product is described as "slim and unique", it is most definitely NOT comfortable. Anything that states: ONE size fits all, should be questioned.

I bought the GrindCure believing the promises... Firstly I was surprised at the size of the supplied storage container: sufficient for possibly 10 units. Yes it is possible to cut the tabs to stop them rubbing your tongue, but this leaves sharp edges that are just as bad. (even an emery board would not smooth them) although it stopped the wear on my teeth the effect was to worsen the grinding on the rubbery surface and the worst part was that the tabs wore out, shredding & bits coming off after only 4 & a half months. Not to be recommended.
