Ever wondered if there will ever be a Internet provider that actually works well I found them. Great service staff are clued up and they strive to make u feel welcome. Staff all have a smile on the faces and you can see they enjoy what they are doing. Keep it up and I recommend this ISP over any ISP in the Eastern Cape
IGEN was once atop quality service provider. Now I can't say that. We have been having poor quality signals all the time in Algoa Park. Our internet has been off since early this morning, with no luck of improving. This is so unacceptable. Your service quality has been down in my area since last year April. Very poor of you.

Interesting to see how a customer is referred to by the support staff. Irate and rude, Because I couldnt run a cable from my router to my Explorer, Where to get a 15mt cable? Then being called a pain by Dalmaine in his assignment of the fault.( See attached job card.)

I wouldn't even rate this business a one star but unfortunately to write a review I had to. You guys take hundreds of rands from your clients only to provide with half of what their paying for! Every single week it is the same complaint, the same answers but nothing changes! You expect your clients to pay their dues every month but you don't even try to help them when help is needed from you. Guys if you don't pull your socks up and help each and everyone of your clients you will start losing every single one of them. Stop hosting drives and start fixing your internet strentgh and availability! Believe me by saying that losing one client won't do you harm is the worst mindset that you as a business could have cause it won't just end if one!
