Doctors are good and patient but waiting time is ridiculous made an appointment for 12 got there earlier and only got to see the doctor around 1230

I must say the waiting is too long may it be virtual or In person at the premises, twice it has occurred and on the phone the receptionist wasn't much of help either.

I went to Intercare recently and I had to wait for my prescribed medicine for over an hour because the 1 nurse they had on duty was busy. Besides that, I haven’t had any bad experiences in the past.

The practice is just a money making centre. They are unprofessional, rude, poor communication and irresponsible. Nothing is ever done on Time. The ladies in the reception are a nightmare. They can frustrated you till you feel even more sick.
