Friendly staff, professional service and clean. They are open on a Saturday which is great, appointments are necessary as they are busy.
The people who work here make you feel welcome. A wonderful Vet Tech took care of my 2 bunnies nail clippings, it was nothing but a tough time for a team of three during loadshedding but she handled it so lovely! 10/10 would recommend!

Friendly staff. Well organized and accommodating. Office hours are brilliant, so usually can get an appointment at the time needed or within a few days of querying. Limited stock on pet treats and accessories, however, this is not a major issue.

Such amazing staff. Like visiting family. 2am this morning the Dr did not hesitate to come out and attend to my baby who had a heartattack. Yes she passed before we got there. The vet examined her reassured us she didn't suffer. Wrapped her up tightly in her blanket. Such compassion u hardly see these days. Thank you so much for everything
Dr Costa Chuma and staff are great. Very busy so make an appointment where possible. Precautionary "extras" are suggested but not forced on you so you can manage the financial damage. The premises are clean as expected and products well organised.
