Livingstone hospital is cry out for help. The hospital is very dirty, flys found a home, its really breaking my heart because the hospital has now became a home for all germs. Hygiene is most important aspect in preventing covid from spreading. Please management this is a cry out for help. Please please get this sorted. Its not nice

I have been admitted here I was treated with care, respect and dignity I give them both nurses, cleaners and management especially 4b Ward. Now we are interested in using old ambulance building how to go about who do we contact, for our Special Needs for learners who struggle to read and write - please help!
