OM Insure - a company with very questionable ethics!!! I just found out that if an insured vehicle is "out of warranty" then OM authorizes the panelbeater to fit pirate parts ("generic" as they call them) instead of the genuine parts from Toyota, for example!! But I do not recall ever having been made aware of this by the OM insurance agent!! So I have been paying for genuine parts for many years, or so I thought, and now find out that is not the case!!! Crooks!! and time to change insurers!!
