Utter disbelieve at the incopetance of staff. Waiting in que for them to finish personal discussions only to be asked rudely who is next because we are waisting time. Send from piller to post only to wait 20mintues at every end for staff that just isn't on duty and then to be told unfortunately I have to come back the next day as that specific department is now closed for the day. Absolutely pathetic!
